BPI Debit Mastercard Offline for 8 Hours on Payday Weekend

Withdraw and transact before systems go down.

BPI's Debit Mastercard services will be unavailable for eight hours this weekend due to a scheduled system maintenance.

The following services will be unavailable from May 1, 11 p.m. to May 2, 7 a.m:

  • Transactions via BPI ATMs, Cash Acceptance Machines (CAMs), point-of-sale (POS) machines, other banks’ ATMs and POS machines
  • Online e-commerce transactions
  • Card Control services via BPI Online and Mobile app (Adjusting withdrawal or purchase limits, enabling or disabling international or e-commerce access, and temporary or permanent card blocking)
  • Password reset using Debit Card
  • Activation of Update Mobile Number via BPI Mobile app

The bank's Debit EMV Cirrus Card (Red and Gold), credit card, and prepaid card services will remain accessible.
