Electronic toll collection in the North and South Expressways will proceed as planned on Nov. 2, those who don't have RFID stickers can still enter with certain requirements, authorities said.
Those who don't have RFID tags will be allowed to enter, after which they will be led to a "nearby area" where their RFID application will be processed. All lanes will be designated as RFID lanes, said Toll Regulatory Board Executive Director Abraham Sales.
The country's two major toll operators extended the application period for RFID stickers due to overwhelming demand. They also use two different tags, EasyTrip and AutoSweep.

Metro Pacific toll booths, which operate on EasyTrip RFID stickers, extended application and installation until further notice. San Miguel, which operates on AutoSweep RFID stickers, extended sticker installation until Nov. 30 and said this was the "absolute deadline." The sticker itself is free and only the initial load will be paid for.

The following expressways will be implementing all-RFID lanes:
MPTC
- North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)
- Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX)
- Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX)
- C5 Link and the the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX)
SMC
- Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR)
- South Luzon Expressway (SLEX)
- Skyway System
- NAIA Expressway
- Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX)
To provide more convenience to motorists, MPTC and SMC set up installation and reloading lanes at toll plaza entry points. Motorists can also reload their card at satellite branches in strategic locations in Metro Manila and Luzon, or via mobile wallets and banking apps.
