U-turn slots near Oliveros Drive and Balintawak market will be closed starting Nov. 23 to make way for faster travel for EDSA Carousel bus routes, authorities said.

Motorists are advised to take the Balintawak interchange or General Malvar/Bagong Barrio U-turn slot for northbound going southbound, and General Tiño for southbound going northbound, the MMDA said.
