Commuters in the country's largest urban centers can avail of free bus rides during peak hours courtesy of Vice President Sara Duterte, her office said Wednesday.
The OVP Libreng Sakay Program, in partnership with the Department of Transportation, has two wifi-ready buses operating Mondays to Saturdays on Metro Manila's EDSA carousel from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the OVP said.
One bus each was alloted to the cities of Davao, Cebu, and Bacolod, she said.

"Ang mga bus ay ipinahiram sa atin para magamit ng OVP. Ngunit, mas kapaki-pakinabang ang mga ito kung magagamit ng libre ng ating commuting public," Duterte said on Facebook.
