Here's the 24-hour weather outlook for today, Aug. 10, from PAGASA:

Luzon

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected in Ilocos Region, Bataan, Zambales, and Kalayaan Islands due to the southwest monsoon or habagat enhanced by Tropical Storm Mulan outside the Philippine area of responsibility. Mulan is unlikely to enter PAR, according to PAGASA.

The rest of Luzon have cloudy skies with isolated rains in the afternoon or evening. Heavy rains are posisble during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila

It will be cloudy with isolated rains in the afternoon or evening, with possible heavy rains during severe thunderstorms.
