Robinsons Land Corporation plans to open a shopping mall in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur following the acquisition of property through public bidding.
Pagadian City is known as the "Little Hong Kong of the South" for its mountainous terrain. It is the capital of the province of Zamboanga del Sur and the regional center of Zamboanga Peninsula.
Robinsons Land President and CEO Frederick D. Go, and the Local Government of Pagadian City, represented by Pagadian City Mayor Samuel S. Co, recently signed the contract awarding the property to RLC held in Xin Tian Di, Crowne Plaza Hotel.
