The Central Luzon Link Expressway which connects Tarlac City and Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija is complete and will open on Thursday, the public works department said.
According to Public Works Sec. Mark Villar, the P14.94 billion expressway is seen to benefit 11,200 motorists daily and cut travel time between the two cities to 20 minutesfrom 70 minutes.
The expressway, called CLLEX, is a Build, Build, Build project started last May 2016.
