The Land Transportation Office extended registration validity of plate numbers ending in 3, 4, and 5 in areas placed under modified enhanced community quarantine, or MECQ.
Covered areas include Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quirino Province, Santiago City in Isabela, the municipality of Pateros, Abra in the Cordillera Administrative Region, and all cities in Metro Manila.

Registration for these plate numbers are valid until the following dates:
- Plate numbers ending in 3: June 30, 2021
- Plate numbers ending in 4: July 31, 2021
- Plate numbers ending in 5: August 30, 2021
To accommodate social distancing measures for customers, LTO offices implemented weekly schedules for motorists whose plate numbers end in 3, 4, or 5. To know which week you can go, take note of your plate’s middle number.
Those with a plate number of 643, for example, can register during the second week of May, June, or July. Check out the LTO’s official schedule below:
If your plate ends in 5, you can register until August. With the example 375, this means you can go during the third week of May, June, July, or August.
