Cebu Pacific offered rebooking and travel fund options to passengers who wish to postpone their flights scheduled until April 30, in compliance with the modified enhanced community quarantine, or MECQ, which bars non-essential travel for those in Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
The airline will maintain operations for domestic and international flights as scheduled. However, those traveling for non-essential reasons can manage their booking online on the Cebu Pacific website up to two hours before their scheduled time of departure.
The following options are available to passengers who wish to postpone their flights:
Unlimited Rebooking
Rebookings come at no additional cost following Cebu Pacific's removal of change fees. A minimal fare difference may apply.

Two-year Travel Fund
Passengers have the option to store the paid amount of their flight in a virtual wallet valid for two years. This fund can be used to book a new flight or pay for add-ons such as baggage allowance and seat selection.

On Sunday, the quarantine in Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite and Bulacan was downgraded one notch to MECQ, the second highest in a four-step classification system after being under ECQ for two weeks. MECQ will last until April 30. Also placed under MECQ are Santiago City, Quirino and Abra.
According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, the difference between the stricter ECQ and MECQ will be laid down on Monday.
