(UPDATE) Diesel and gasoline prices will be slashed off this Tuesday, Aug. 9, providing relief to motorists as prices of commodities soar.
Starting 8:01 a.m., fuel company Cleanfuel will decrease by P2.20 per liter for diesel and P2.10 per liter for gasoline.
Total will decrease P2.20/L on diesel and P2.10/L on gasoline starting 6 a.m. while Seaoil will also implement a decrease in gasoline (P2.10/L), diesel (P2.20/L) and kerosene (P2.55/L) starting 6 a.m.
Fuel price hikes have burdened motorists for the most of 2022, with the Department of Energy advising them to take advantage of fuel promos of gasoline stations.
