GCash said its cash-in fees will remain unchanged through the 2021 holiday season, so you budget for fee transfers should hold.
Cash-In, or loading GCash in-app, is free for BPI and Unionbank. For other banks that cash into GCash via Instapay, the fees vary per lender.
For over-the-counter cash-ins, they're free up to P8,000 per month, after which a 2% service applies, which will be deducted to the user's GCash wallet.
"We dont foresee any changes in the fees unless theres a big change in the competitive environment or the cost to it. Right now, fees are so far stable" said Martha Sazon, CEO of GCash parent Mynt.
