A man jumped onto the tracks of LRT-1 at the Monumento station on Wednesday, briefly stalling operations before the morning rush hour, management said.

The unidentifed male leapt towards the tracks at around 4:40 a.m. as a train was approaching. The LRT-1 resumed normal operations at 5:59 a.m.

The man was pulled out from the tracks, and brought to Caloocan Hospital for medical examination and treatment, it said.
