The rest of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Metro Manila, Camarines, Mindoro, Marinduque will have cloudy skies, with rains possible by noon. Thunderstorms are also possible in the afternoon or evening.

Visayas
Generally fair weather is expected in Visayas. Localized thunderstorms are also likely.
Mindanao
As early as this morning, cloud clusters monitored in the area will bring rains in Soccsksargen, Davao Region and Caraga region.
By noon, many parts of mainland Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers particularly in northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula.
