Here's the 24-hour weather outlook for today, July 25, from PAGASA:

Luzon

Expect isolated rains and thunderstorms in Bicol Region due to a low pressure area located 390 km east of Borongan City, Eastern Samar as of 3 a.m. It has a low chance of intensifying into a storm.

The weather in the remaining parts of Luzon will be generally fair with cloudy skies with possible isolated rains and thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.

Visayas

The low pressure area will bring cloudy skies with rains in Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Negros Occidental.

The rest of Visayas will have generally fair weather with thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.

Mindanao

Expect cloudy skies with possible rainshowers and thunderstorm in Caraga due to the LPA.
