Here's the 24-hour weather outlook for today, Sept. 19, from PAGASA:

Luzon

The western seaboard of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon will experience rains due to the southwest monsoon or Habagat.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are also likely in Bataan, Zambales, Metro Manila, Occidental Mindoro, and northern portions of Palawan and Kalayaan Island.

The rest of Luzon will have fair weather with possible isolated rains due to thunderstorms.

Expect fair weather in Visayas and Mindanao with chances of rains in the afternoon or evening.
