Here's the 24-hour weather outlook for today, Sept. 7, from PAGASA:

Luzon

The Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), where winds north and south of the equator meet and form thunderstorms, will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms in Palawan.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have isolated thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Visayas and Mindanao

Scattered rainshower and thunderstorm are expected in Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-tawi.

The rest of Visayas and Mindnao will have generally fair weather with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
