San Miguel Corporation on Thursday said it has started construction on a 1.2-kilometer road that will connect the recently opened Skyway Stage 3 to the North Luzon Expressway connector project despite delays due to pending right of way acquisition.

The company is "working on what's workable" order to reduce right of way delays, located at the Nagtahan to Sta. Mesa areas in Manila, San Miguel President and COO Ramon Ang said

The connection is part of the detailed engineering design of the Skyway 3 project and can be completed in 24 months or less as soon as the issues with landowners are resolved, Ang said.
