Customers can report a power outage via Meralco's social media pages, but if they have no internet, they can also file a report via text.

Here's how to report a power outage to Meralco via text message:

You will need a past billing.

Before you can report, you need to supply Meralco with details so they know your exact location. These details are needed for the report and can be found on your past billing statements.
